MoldTec, LLC — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which MoldTec, LLC (“MoldTec,” “we,” “our”) provides inspection and related services. By scheduling or receiving services from MoldTec, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

By requesting an inspection, you agree to:

  • MoldTec’s inspection process and methodology

  • The scope of work discussed prior to the appointment

  • All fees, limitations, and terms as confirmed before service

Inspection findings are based solely on observable and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Delayed report delivery

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of additional services

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee determined at MoldTec’s discretion.

4. No Warranty / Inspection Limitations

All inspections are limited to what is visible and accessible during the appointment. MoldTec does not guarantee:

  • The complete absence of mold, moisture, or environmental hazards

  • Future conditions that may develop after the inspection

  • Detection of issues in areas that are obstructed, concealed, or unsafe to access

Reports reflect a snapshot in time and should be used as part of a broader evaluation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the inspection area

  • Disclose known issues or concerns

  • Understand that limitations may affect the accuracy of results

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoldTec is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Inspection findings

  • Decisions made based on reports

  • Conditions not observable during the inspection

  • Issues arising after the date of service

MoldTec’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection.

7. Amendments

MoldTec may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
