Licensed Mold Assessor and Licensed Master Home InspectorStefan is a Licensed Mold Assessor and Licensed Master Home Inspector who proudly serves clients as part of the Moldtec team alongside Inspector Jeff. With extensive experience in home inspections, mold assessments, water testing, and radon testing throughout New York, Stefan brings a meticulous eye for detail and a thorough understanding of residential and commercial construction to every inspection.
His background in home inspections complements the mold assessment process by allowing him to identify not only the presence of mold, but also the underlying conditions that contribute to its growth. By understanding how a home's systems work together, Stefan can accurately diagnose issues, explain their causes in clear terms, and recommend effective and complete solutions.
Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning, Stefan strives to provide every client with a comprehensive inspection and a detailed, easy-to-understand report. His goal is to ensure clients have the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their home.
Stefan is native to Orange County, NY and proudly loves his community.
